HELP Adult Day Support Services

HELP’s Adult Day Services (ADS) provide a supportive and engaging environment where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can thrive. Our program is designed to foster socialization, independence, community integration, and a meaningful daily routine. Participants enjoy a wide variety of activities tailored to their interests and goals—including recreation, art, music, and life skills development. These experiences help individuals build confidence, discover new talents, and achieve a sense of personal accomplishment. With small group ratios and highly trained staff, we create a positive and inclusive setting where every participant is encouraged to explore their strengths. For added convenience, participants may choose to utilize HELP’s transportation service, which is safe, reliable, and fully equipped to support individuals of all abilities.
