Program Overview
The HELP Harvest Produce Advanced Order Program combines vocational training with hands-on work experience, empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to gain valuable job skills in a real-world setting. Trainees participate in every stage of greenhouse operations – from planting and harvesting to packaging and distributing fresh produce for customers. Each purchase supports meaningful employment opportunities that build confidence, foster independence, and create pathways to long-term success.
