HELP Transportation Services

At HELP, we know that getting to and from programs, work, and community activities is essential for independence and success. That’s why we offer reliable, safe, and friendly non-medical transportation for individuals enrolled in day services, as well as those who work in the community.

Whether it’s a ride to your worksite or a day filled with learning and socializing— HELP’s trained drivers are here to ensure you arrive on time and with care.

HELP Transportation Services provides Non-Medical transportation services throughout Northeast Ohio including Cuyahoga, Lake, and Summit counties.

• All drivers must pass a driving test
• Ongoing training for drivers
• Safe, on-time and reliable transportation
• Young fleet of vehicles including wheelchair accessible vans
• Serve ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals
• Drivers also serve as our staff in ADS, VOC and residential programs
• Dedicated Transportation Coordinator to handle all NMT needs
