HELP’s Vocational Training Program was started with one goal in mind. We believe that everyone who wants to work should have the opportunity to work.
Our vocational training program provides both paid hands on learning and classroom curriculum that develop skills needed for employment.
We’re committed to helping remove barriers for meaningful employment. Our programs and services have helped hundreds of individuals with disabilities develop employment skills. We’re here to empower you to grow and reach your full potential.
HELP Vocational Training Opportunities
HELP Harvest
HELP Harvest was launched in 2022 to expand and enhance HELP’s vocational services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on their path toward community employment. The HELP Harvest Vocational Training Program includes:
HELP Harvest Greenhouse HELP Harvest
HELP Harvest Greenhouse is located at 22701 Shore Center Drive in Euclid, and features over 4,000 square feet of hydroponic greenhouse space and classroom space, where individuals learn skills that are critical to navigating employment.
HELP Harvest Kitchen
HELP Harvest Kitchen is located at 18228 Sloane Avenue in Lakewood, and serves as a training facility to prepare, package, and label produce grown at HELP Harvest Greenhouse. Our commercial kitchen serves as a hands-on training kitchen, which produces all varieties of food choices and focuses on healthy options.
Susanna's Cafe by HELP Harvest
Susanna’s Café by HELP Harvest is located at 6601 Euclid Avenue in Midtown, Cleveland. The cafe offers a stepping-stone for individuals who are eager to learn front of the house hospitality services and for people who are ready to graduate into community employment.
HELP Shredding
HELP partners with local businesses needing secure and confidential shredding services. This vocational program provides interactive experiences within facility and community settings, as well as hands-on experiences with sorting, organizing, shredding, and baling documents and cardboard for recycling. Skills developed here will allow for individuals to move along their path to community integrated employment.
